Helpdesk Coordinator

Leading Facilities Management organisation is looking to appoint a Helpdesk Coordinator for a contract based in the North West. Duties will include, help desk co-ordination, call taking, administration and providing reports on the contract. You will be liaising with 3rd party vendors and suppliers nationwide. Previous experience of reactive maintenance or building services contracts would be advantageous. Communication skills, the ability to work well and keep calm under pressure, and a polite telephone manner are the key skills for this position.
